Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Elina Shein. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders, what shipping options may be available, and what to do if there is an issue with your delivery.

Processing time

All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to:

  • European Union

If you do not see your country at checkout, it means we do not currently ship to that destination.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are as follows:

  • European Union: [14] business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Customs, duties, and taxes

If you are ordering from outside European Union, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at elina@elinashein.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed or shipped.

Lost, delayed, or missing packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management (if applicable).

  2. Confirm the delivery address used at checkout.

  3. Contact the carrier using the tracking details.

If the package is still missing, email us at elina@elinashein.com with your order number and tracking information. We will review the situation and support you in filing a carrier investigation where appropriate.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your order number and, when possible, photos of the item and packaging.

Returns and return shipping

For information on returns, including eligibility and timing, please refer to our Return Policy. Returns must be requested first by contacting us at elina@elinashein.com, and approved returns will be provided with instructions and a return shipping label.
